Dr. Green received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in
1983. He earned his medical degree in 1987 from Hahnemann University Medical
School. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the
University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1991. He is Board certified in Physical Medicine
and Rehabilitation and has practiced in Boulder since 1992.
His practice focuses on non-surgical orthopedics, spine, sports medicine, EMGNCS,
spinal injections and medical acupuncture. Recent additions to Dr. Green’s
practice include EMG-guided botox injections and diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound
examinations.
